Thomas Corbett, from Daniel Devert. Great abuses have been discovered in obtaining Bond tickets. There is a resolution to grant no more Bond tickets until ships are recalled but in the case of the petition of William Tank, recommended by the Danish Ambassador, a Bond will be granted.
