Description

John Clevland. David Hunter of the Severne entered in the French service when the ship was taken by the enemy and was not paid his wages. He has a certificate from the Commission of Sick and Hurt Office, stating he was brought to England in the St. Joseph Cartel ship and was entered the same day in the Panther and turned over into the Boston until she was paid off. Recommend he be paid.
