Captain Man and Lieutenant Gardner, late of the Launceston, have applied for payment of their wages but there is an imprest of £112 outstanding against the Captain, the vouchers never having been returned. Lieutenant Gardner alleges they were stolen from his pocket. We do not object to a dispensing order if he makes oath.
