Thomas Corbett. Have examined the books of the Nassau on which Ezekiel Woolf claims he was schoolmaster and petitions for midshipman's pay but find he was not rated as such. Captain Holcombe has certified that he acted as schoolmaster from November 1744, when the former schoolmaster was discharged, to November 1748 when the ship was paid off and recommend his pay is allowed
