Description (What the record is about)
-
Thomas Corbett. Receipt of letter from Anna Bassett informing her father was killed in action at Guadaloupe and her mother died before the bill for the Bounty was procured. Asks that the bill is made out to her sister Rachel Pearse, and herself. The reason the bill was not made out in the widow's lifetime was because some of the certificates were lacking but are now received at the Office. Have ordered the bill in her name
