John Clevland. Mr Blower at Liverpool informs the Sarah Transport with 107 settlers for Nova Scotia fell down the Rock to take in the remainder on the 7th. The Hornet Sloop with the transports for Gibraltar sailed from Spithead yesterday. The embarkation of the forces for Minorca on the transports at Plymouth will be complete next Sunday
