Description

Copy letter from Richard Stratton, Thomas Willkins, W. Clarke and Warden John Major, of Trinity House. An order was given to Peter Smith, Pilot, to take the Squirrel from the Nore to the Downes. Certificate from John Cock, Master Attendant and Charles Eve for the Clerk of the Cheque, that Peter Smith, Pilot, appeared to take charge of the Squirrel but it had already sailed
