Thomas Corbett. Receipt of copy petition of John Kirkpatrick, Merchant, copy certificate from Captain Upton, late Commander of the Saltash and a declaration of George Murray, Master of the Dolphin Schooner, about the assistance given to the Saltash when stranded on the coast of Spain by the Schooner who took her crew to Gibraltar. Request for reimbursement for the charges and losses sustained by the schooner. Have examined Mr Kirkpatrick about the charges made by George Murray and recommend some compensation
