Description

Deposition of William Courtis of Boston, mariner, Master, and of Jeremiah Johnson, Mate, of the Experiment, about the loading of the ship but there was no convoy available except for the Astrea, Captain James Scott, which sailed in April. Witnessed by Joshua Winslow, J.P. of Boston, Benjamin Pollard, notary and Patrick Connel, Chief Mate of the Experiment
