Description

Secretary to the Admiralty. Commissioner Hughes advises that the Prince of Orange Storeship, Samuel Harris, Master, with stores for Gibraltar, and the Hanover Alliance, with stores for Port Mahon, has arrived at Spithead and await convoy. The Norwich is in the Cowes Road and could convoy the 2 storeships and ask for an order
