Grounds for clemency: good conduct during his confinement, is contrite and mercy ion this case will serve as a good example to others in the house of correction. Initial Sentence: [death], commuted to 5 years hard labour in the Norwich House of Correction. Recommendation: free pardon; annotated 'Let this Pardon be made out'. Folios 258-260.
