1. William Willetts, convicted at the Worcestershire Lent Assizes in 1794. Grounds for clemency: good orderly and industrious behaviour. Initial sentence: 7 years transportation. Recommendation: free pardon.
2. John Carter, convicted at the [Worcestershire] Lent Assizes in 1795 and remains under a conditional pardon. Grounds for clemency: good orderly and industrious behaviour. Recommendation: free pardon.
