Report of John William Rose, Recorder of London, on:
1. James Waring and William Green, convicted at the Old Bailey in January 1797, for a burglary in the house of John Printon. Recommendation: will be received in the Maritime Society on obtaining a free pardon.
2. John Milton, convicted for a burglary in the house of John Printon. Grounds for Clemency: is lame by the loss of one arm. Recommendation: pardon on condition of his being confined 6 months in the house of correction.
