1. Thomas Barlow, convicted for killing 2 sheep with intent to steal the carcases. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
2. James Butterworth, convicted for stealing in a dwelling house above the value of 40/-, Recommendation: transportation for life. Folios 302-303.
