Certificate/memorial of John Heath on prisoners capitally convicted on the Northern Circuit in 1795[?] and recommended to mercy on the conditions set against their names:

Yorkshire

1. Thomas Crosley, convicted of burglary. Recommendation: transportation for life.

2. George Fawcet the younger, convicted for sheep stealing. Recommendation: transportation for life.

3. William Fawcet, convicted for sheep stealing. Recommendation: transportation for life.

4. William Railey, convicted for highway robbery. Recommendation: transportation for life. Recommendation: transportation for life.

5. William Hobson, convicted for burglary. Recommendation: 2 years imprisonment.

6. George Hobson, convicted for burglary. Recommendation: 2 years imprisonment.

7. James Ward, convicted for burglary. Recommendation: 2 years imprisonment.
