Report of William Grant on John Phillips, labourer, of St. Florence, Pembrokeshire, convicted at the 'last' Great Sessions at Haverfordwest, in Pembrokeshire, on 3 July 1795, for stealing a heifer. Grounds for clemency: 'favourable circumstances'. Initial sentence: death, respited. Recommendation: 14 years transportation. Folios 117-118.
