Report of Lord Kenyon on Ralph Cooper and John Frazer, convicted at the Durham Assizes on 31 July 'last', for felony and horse stealing. Grounds for clemency: 'favourable Circumstances'. Initial sentence: death. Recommendation: Cooper, 7 years transportation; Frazer, 12 months hard labour in the Durham House of Correction. Folios 203-204.
