Report of William Henry Ashhurst on Richard Burgess, convicted at the 'last' Norfolk Assizes at Thetford. The judge writes to say he did not try the prisoner and that this was done by Mr Mingay. He will speak with Mingay on the latter's return and write a full report at a later date. Folios 161-162. See also HO 47/14/31, folios 168-173.
