Acknowledges receipt of Secretary of State's Circular letter enclosing an Act passed at the last Parliamentary Session; An Act for the Better Examining and Auditing the Public Accounts of the Kingdom; and also an Act passed in the present Parliamentary Session; An Act to Continue the Laws for Regulating the Trade between the Subjects of His Majesty's Dominions and the United States of America, together with an Order of His Majesty in Council founded upon the said act.
