Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick to Holdernesse: the treaty between the king and the duke of Brunswick has been signed. It appears the Prussians will be unable to take Dresden before going into winter quarters. Questions of equipping and officering the proposed five free battalions. His pleasure at the success of the navy in 1759.
