Description

Draft; acknowledges receipt of letters with enclosures; no decision yet on the petition of the merchants regarding trade between Grenada and Trinidad; refers to Bills drawn upon the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury for defraying the expense incurred in erecting the Barracks in Grenada, under the direction of Colonel Gordon, for the amount he had been personally called upon; has transmitted copy of Lucas' letter regarding the Deputy Paymaster General to the Secretary at War.
