Description

Acknowledges receipt of Circular letters and Duplicates; reports the improvement in the cultivation of cotton proposed by the delegates from the manufacturers in the town of Manchester will be communicated to the merchants and planters resident in Grenada , and King's Commands strictly observed in forcefully recommending to them the cultivation of 'that valuable article' in the manner pointed out and assisting those inclined to undertake it; refers to works and expenditures in Grenada; encloses the Plan and Elevation of the Barracks; Colonel Harry Gordon's refusal to provide an abstract of the expenditure incurred, Gordon was personally attacked by the Mason whom he contracted, encloses memorial from Colonel Gordon.
