Description

Transmits a copy of a letter from the Speaker of the Assembly [Sympson] to Lucas on 15 December; a message from the House on the subject of Secretary of State's despatch to Lucas of 7 October [at the first favourable opportunity, sending additional forces]; a copy of the Minutes of the Council to the 14 December, duly authenticated; a copy of Resolutions of the House of Assembly of the 14 and 18 February; List of persons residing in the island of Grenada who have been naturalized - James Lair, naturalized 9 Sept 1784: born in city of Bordeaux, France; Religion: Jewish; Louis La Grenade, naturalized 9 Aug 1785: born in Grenada when French; Religion: Protestant; Michael L'Oreilhe, naturalized 13 Sept 1785: born in Province of Guienne, France; Religion: Protestant [not an enclosure of this despatch].
