Draft; as a result of Mathew's letter where he states that due to a mistake the name of Mr. James Campbell stands as a Member of His Majesty's Council, prior to that of Mr. Samuel Williams, Secretary of State has ordered examination of the records of the office and it appears that Mr. Williams was appointed to his seat in Council on 9 September 1777 and Mr. Campbell's appointment did not take place until 7 March 1770; states King's pleasure that Mr. Williams does not take his seat in Council before Mr. Campbell.
