Description

Affidavit given before William Lucas reporting that Fielding Browne Esquire, Clerk of the Patents of Grenada, made oath that he has acted in the capacity of the Clerk of the Patents since the recommencement of the British Government and Laws in Grenada, 6 January 1784 and has affixed the Great Seal of Grenada to all Acts of the Legislature and other Public papers which is necessary to pass under the same, affidavit lists Acts of Legislature; Statement signed by Governor Mathew, authenticated with the Seal, certifying William Lucas is President of His Majesty's Council and Chief Justice of the Supreme Courts of Judicature for the Government of Grenada.
