Affidavit; 'Before the Honourable William Lucas Chief Justice of the Supreme Courts of Judicature for the Island of Grenada;' reports that Benjamin Webster Esquire, Clerk of the Council, and Secretary of the said island, personally appeared and made oath that this Deponent in his capacity of Secretary from time to time since the restoration, furnished Governor Mathew with copies of all the Acts of the Legislature of Grenada passed during the last year, in order that Mathew might transmit the same under the Great Seal, to the Secretary of State; Statement signed by Governor Mathew, authenticated with the Seal, certifying Lucas is President of His Majesty's Council and Chief Justice of the Supreme Courts of Judicature for the Government of Grenada.
