Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick to Holdernesse: details of a Prussian victory at Korbitz, near Meissen. He encloses an account of the battle. Imhoff continues to blockade Münster. French troops have entered the fortress of Ehrenbreitstein with the permission of the elector of Trier. He encloses an account [SP 87/36/3] of this by Colonel Lückner. He fears the elector of Mainz may follow suit, and suggests that the intercepted papers of Contades should be made known to the German princes. Dated at Krofdorf. ff. 4. 5
