Reference to regulations for carrying on the trade between His Majesty's Dominions and the United States of America; state of Messrs Taylor and William's situation in the Council regarding rank; report of the Law Officers of the Crown; defences of the island; duty; Governor Lincoln; 'Charaibs' [Caribs]; Chaplain for the Garrison; reply to Secretary of State Circular letters and despatch; two enclosures; letters from Lincoln and Chester referring to 'Charaibs'.
