Reports that the enclosed extract from the Minutes of the Court of Grand Sessions of Grenada, and the consequent petition of the Grand Jury, with the favourable representation from the Bench on behalf of convict Robert Marshall, who had been sentenced to death for murder of William Anderson, has influenced Mathew to delay the execution until King's wish is known; requests for Royal Clemency.
