Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick to Holdernesse: he believes the landgrave of Hesse's outstanding claims concern the future rather than the past. The king of Prussia has recalled his dragoons, leaving Ferdinand with only the hussars. He has made representations to him and asks Holdernesse to do the same. Captain Scheither has captured dispatches with details [given] of the plan of Soubise and Contades to force Ferdinand to recross the Weser. Dated at Dülmen. ff. 76-78
