Description

Draft; transmits copy of letter from Mr. Rose, one of the Secretaries of the Treasury, to Mr. Nepean, in which he mentions the intention of the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, to send to the West Indies, a quantity of provisions sufficient for consumption of 2000 men for three months; directed the same to be left at Barbadoes [Barbados]; is commanded by the King that Governor Mathew should take the provisions and properly distribute them in the several Islands.
