Asks Secretary of State when the Court will be appointed to enquire into his conduct regarding the loss of Tobago to the French; extremely anxious it should be as soon as possible as until it has happened he is apprehensive his conduct cannot be cleared to His Majesty's satisfaction and also he believes he cannot be admitted into the King's presence until he is acquitted by that Court.
