Description

Duplicate despatch; reports that due to orders he gave to the Batteries to bring to and secure all suspicious vessels, a small American Schooner loaded with corn and twelve hogsheads of tobacco was brought into Courland Bay and captured; vessel will be libelled according to usual form; also reports seizure of a Dutch Sloop in Rockly Bay and libelled her.
