Draft; refers to the Messrs Franklin [Francklyn/ Franklyn] suspended from the Council; Mr. Anthony Bacon and Mr. Richardson presented a petition to His Majesty in Council complaining Ferguson did not inform them of the causes and reasons for their suspension and asked if Ferguson would be ordered to produce them and that they would be restored to their seats; petition was referred to the Board of Trade who made Order in Council [enclosed in despatch] for Ferguson to submit further proofs and reasons for suspension.
