Description

Draft; reports he is pleased with progress of Money Bill; opposition of Messrs Francklyn to grants from the Assembly for payment of public debt and other important purposes 'appears altogether unaccountable' as both, it is said, have considerable property in Tobago and he believes one of them holds an office in the Crown. George Germain, Secretary of State, London, Whitehall No. 3, Folios 61 - 62.
