Description

Reports the retirement of Mr John Glasgow Grant, master in Chancery, actuary of Savings Bank, and commissioner of probates. He recommends the following appointments: Mr William Kellman Chandler, acting judge of the Assistant Court of Appeal, to be master in Chancery in addition to his existing duties; Mr Thompson Walter McKinstry, chief clerk in the colonial secretary's office, to be actuary of the Savings Bank; Mr William Bailey, second clerk in the Customs Department, to be chief clerk in the colonial secretary's Office; and Mr G B King, 3rd class landing waiter, to be second clerk in the Customs Department.
