Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick to Holdernesse: he has received a letter, of which he encloses a copy [SP 87/34/16] from the king of Prussia, who has agreed to his retaining the hussars, but still wishes to recall the dragoons. The prince has made new representations. The duke of Marlborough has arrived at Coesfeld. He asks for money to be sent for the upkeep of the army. He regrets that the French prisoners cannot be moved from Hanover to England. Dated at Bocholt. ff. 35, 36
