Tourk requests that commission of oyer and terminer is assigned concerning the trespass done to him and that he can have due remedy as despite the citizens of London having rights to freely trade in Little Yarmouth, Perbroun and others of Great Yarmouth came on 16 October 1333 and seized his ships loaded with Herring and took them to Great Yarmouth to his great damage.
