- The petition is speculatively dated to? c. 1324 on the basis of the guard comment, though no supporting evidence is given. The petition is endorsed in French so is likely to be after 1322. The petition has to be after 1319 as it makes mention of 12 Edw. II. It is not clear whether the petition is contemporary with SC 8/120/5958 or not.
