- Keyser requests that letters be addressed to the collectors of the customs in Newark where Keyser exports his wool and other merchandises from to make allowance for the first custom that he should pay there against a sum of money in which the king is bound to him by letters obligatory.

- Let it be ordered by writ of Chancery to the collectors of the customs in the same place that when they have viewed the letters patent, if they find that the sum is owed to him then he should have an allowance in the custom of wool, hides and woolfells that he exports from there, receiving the letters patent and his letters of acquittance etc.
