Nature of request
[A large section of this petition is missing, and parts of the remainder are illegible]Kyngesley seeks justice against Venables and his fellows, who have attacked his property in Cheshire. He requests an order to the Justice of Chester to summon his attackers before him, take pledges for their good behaviour and do justice in this matter. He attaches a list of the names of his attackers, and a copy of a similar bond entered into by him to keep the peace towards Venables.
