- The commons of Kent request that such justices of Labourers as are willing and able should attend sessions at convenient times and places as other justices, as occurs in the rest of the country, since there have been no such sessions in Kent for over four years, for which reason various contraventions of the statutes have occurred, to the great damage of the inhabitants.

- Let the statute and ordinances be held as before and duly heeded and executed in all points, and let sufficient justices be assigned by commission and charged to hold their sessions according to the form of the aforesaid statute and ordinances.

- Dated on the guard to? c. 1377, but no evidence cited. However, a general complaint along similar lines was presented to the October Parliament of 1378 (Rot Parl vol. III, p.45b no.62), and the two may well date from around the same time.
