Nature of request
Iselbek requests the restitution of lands which should have descended to him on the death of his father, but which have been taken in to the king's hands. He refers to an inquest, which stated that his father held these tenements, and that he was indeed the son and heir of his father, but he still had not received these lands, since he was born in Scotland and the lands were taken on account of the war.
