[This petition damaged and incomplete]The petitioner makes five requests;1) The appointment of Thomas Bache, Archdeacon of Meath, as Treasurer of Ireland.2) The discharge of Hugh Farendon, third Baron of the Exchequer.3) The issue of a commission to the king's lieutenant to arrest anyone maintaining or abetting the rebels.4) To issue letters under the great seal to the lieutenant to [reason lost].5) To issue ordinances under the great seal allowing forfeitures to take place according to the law.
