1) Wolde and Reche request the Lords to ask the king to order the Chancellor to issue writs to allow them to pursue their case against Marchall, Crosby and Bradwas concerning property in London, which they claim has been wrongfully taken from them following a grant made by the king in his second year.2) Brinkeley makes a similar request regarding further property.
Nature of endorsement
The king, with the assent and advice of the lords spiritual and temporal in Parliament, wills that these petitions be sent to the Chancery, and that the Chancellor orders his justices to summon the parties before them and hear the case of each of the parties on the matters contained in the petitions, and the Chancellor should then do justice to them.Petitions sent to the chancellor by the authority of Parliament.

Dated on the guard to 1404, with reference to SC 8/117/5822, SC 8/148/7354 and SC 8/148/7367. SC 8/148/7354 makes it clear that this petition was presented to the parliament of 5 Henry IV (January 1404).
