The Abbot of Hyde makes three requests.1) The Abbot requests resolution of a dispute over money claimed by Queen Eleanor as a result of mistakes in the Exchequer regarding goods sold in error by the keeper of the Abbey during an earlier vacancy.2) The Abbot requests the return of a mill and pasture in Alton, which had been claimed by the officials of Queen Eleanor in the time of his predecessor.3) The Abbot requests resolution of a dispute with William de Saham over a pension of wax from their church of Kingsclere, to which Saham had been presented by the king.

Note
From the details given the Abbot making the request is Robert de Popham (1282-92). Given that 'discussions' regarding the abbot's second request were ordered on 15 January 1287 (CCR 1279-88, pp.441-2), the endorsement, delaying a decision until an Easter Parliament, suggests a reference to the prospective parliament of Easter 1286, and hence that it was presented shortly before then.
