Joan seeks the return of the third part of ten marks of rent from the mills at Thirsk, which she regained from Roger de Mowbray, but which has been taken into the king's hands following the forfeiture of John de Mowbray. She recovered this during the eyre of Hugh de Cressingham, but it has now been granted to the Earl of Richmond.
