Joan de Heveningham requests her dower in the lands of Heveningham and Peasenhall, now in the king's hands due to the heir being under-age.

The inquest was viewed before the council, and it does not appear that Philip was seised of the said tenements in the petition after he married Joan.Let an inquisition be held and returned into Chancery before the council.
