- Hauberge requests an extent be made of his lands in order that he be able to re-pay his debts to the king and be released from prison. There are various debts outstanding upon his account from his term as sheriff of Uriel, which he cannot collect due to the destruction caused by the Scots and their Irish allies, and he himself is utterly ruined and has no sustenance. He therefore requests to be allowed to repay the debts at 100s per year from his estates.
