The Abbot of Hagnaby prays remedy regarding lands in Maidenwell, which he and his predecessors always held without any suit of court until the time of Thomas, late Earl of Lancaster, whose bailiffs forced them to perform suit of court at Belchford, to their great distress. That court is now in the king's hands.

Let him have a writ in Chancery to the king's ministers informed in his case.
